Effective 31 August 2026By downloading or using AERA you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use AERA on Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple's Standard EULA, which applies to this app and is incorporated here by reference.
Subscriptions
- AERA Pro is offered as monthly, 3-month, and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period; partial periods are not refunded except where required by law.
- Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may vary by territory.
The free tier
The free tier is supported by advertising and by a simulated 24 MB memory card. “Freeing” the card by watching a rewarded ad, and rewarded ads that lift a watermark for a single export, depend on ad availability and are provided as-is with no guarantee of fill.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app; do not use it to infringe anyone's rights or to break the law. You are responsible for the content you capture and share.
Your content
You keep all rights to the photos and videos you make with AERA. We claim nothing in them and never receive a copy.
No warranty
AERA is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for lost shots, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
